B Series 2017 Chardonnay
Region: Yenda (NSW)
A classic Chardonnay style matured in new and used French barrels. This wine is produced with minimal intervention; un-clarified juice is fermented with native yeast and warm temperatures. The wine is left to age with lees stirring for a 9 month period. Stonefruit, almond aromas with a creamy and subtle buttery texture. A medium bodied white with great appeal.
Enjoy with antipasto.
“Thick, rich and buttery in the mouth with some charry oak.” 4 Stars – Winestate Magazine, Sep/Oct 2016.
Silver 2016 NSW Wine Awards
Bronze 2016 Riverland Wine Show
Block Series 2018 Durif
Region: Yenda (Riverina, NSW)
A well suited variety to the Riverina; thriving in the warm and dry growing conditions synonymous with the region. A densely purple coloured wine with rich chocolate and spice characters. Barrel aged for 12 months in American Hogsheads.A full style with amazing length and depth of flavour.
Chargilled dishes or lentils.
“A wine for those who like to be bludgeoned rather than caressed, attesting to the veracity of the back label schtick: a true heavy wine drinkers friend. The sheer extract stains the palate and fills the senses. A satisfying, powerful red.” 91 Points, James Halliday (v16′)
Block Series 2018 Petit Verdot
Region: Yenda (Riverina, NSW)
A Bordeaux variety with the translation “small green” which is referring to the berries during ripening; the berries when ready to harvest do remain small but have a deeply coloured purple, thick skin. The grape variety Petit Verdot performs very well in the local climate as we have a warm, dry end to Autumn and being a later ripening vine it is possible to get full, optimum ripness in the grapes. It produces wines similar to Cabernet Sauvignon but with more floral aromatics and a soft finish with firm tannin.
Quail or grilled zucchini.
“This puts ticks squarely and confidently in a good many boxes, including the value box”- 90 Points – Campbell Mattinson, Winefront. (v16′)

Block Series 2018 Shiraz
Region: Heathcote (VIC)
Low yields, reduced irrigation and careful sunlight exposure produce grapes with rich flavour and intensity.
A full bodied style; rich, dark fruit with intensity. Plum and fruit cake character with lashings of coconut and mocha. Patiently barrel aged for 12 months in new and 1-2 year old American Hogsheads.
Cheese and full flavoured dishes.
“This is an old, but good-school shiraz, coating the mouth with blue and dark fruit flavours, boozy fruit cake spice, mocha and bourbon vanilla tones from an arsenal of American oak. This said, the alcohol feels digestible and the tannins coat the gums rather than rasping them. Forceful of personality and length. Comforting, if far from prosaic. Like sagging into a comfy chair.” – 92 Points, James Halliday (v16′)
