Yenda Chardonnay



Winemakers Notes

A classic Chardonnay style matured in new and used French barrels. This wine is produced with minimal intervention; un-clarified juice is fermented with native yeast and warm temperatures. The wine is left to age with lees stirring for a 9 month period.

Stonefruit, almond aromas with a creamy and subtle buttery texture. A medium bodied white with great appeal.

Enjoy with a antipasto platter.
