This wine is made from a clone of Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Adelaide Hills (H5V10). It is one of the first plantings of this clone in the Riverina region and was selected for producing high quality fruit showing intense varietal Sauvignon Blanc character.
A lifted wine with fresh apple and passion-fruit aroma, cut grass flavours with a zesty citrus finish. A refreshing and intense style.
Perfect with chicken and/or salads.
