A lighter style of red; this wine is fermented on skins for a short period and is pressed before the completion of fermentation. This creates a wine with soft easy drinking tannins and lifted cherry, berry fruit aromas. Aged with some French oak to give a subtle toasty finish.
An approachable style popular for barbeques and pre dinner.
Perfect with a cheese platter and salami.
